 Aunty Jane Thrive Package Terms & Conditions

 

1. Purpose of the Thrive Package

The Aunty Jane Thrive Package is a supportive wellness package designed to complement care and provide comfort during recovery. It is provided as part of our holistic approach to well-being and is not an inducement, incentive, or discount for choosing Aunty Jane’s services.

2. Package Contents

Each package includes the following:

  • 1 x Lula Self-Warming Body Patch

  • 1 x Cacao Collective - Rest Vital Blend Sachet

  • 3 x Tea Tonic - Control Cramp Tea Single

  • 1 x Sodii Hydration Sachet

3. Eligibility Criteria

To receive the Aunty Jane Thrive Package, the following conditions must be met:

  • Completion of Consult 1 and Consult 2.

  • Full payment of all three required payments.

  • A valid shipping address must be provided at the time of the second consultation.

4. Distribution & Delivery

  • The Thrive Package will be shipped only after all eligibility criteria are met.

  • Clients must provide a valid shipping address to receive the package.

  • Aunty Jane is not responsible for lost or damaged items once the package has been dispatched.

5. No Medical Claims or Substitutes

  • The Thrive Package items are intended for comfort and wellness only. They do not replace medical treatment, and Aunty Jane does not make any therapeutic claims about their effectiveness.

  • If you have allergies or sensitivities, please check the ingredients of each item before use.

6. Compliance with AHPRA Advertising Guidelines

  • The Thrive Package is not an incentive to choose Aunty Jane's medical services and does not impact the cost of care.

  • It is a non-monetary support resource provided only to clients who meet the above eligibility criteria.

7. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Aunty Jane reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and business operations.
